At The Computer Workshop, Inc., registering is as easy as 1, 2, 3. All you have to do is:

Cancellation Policy:
If a scheduling conflict occurs you may transfer to another class date/time or cancel the class. If a scheduling conflict occurs five, or less than five, business days before the class date, you may transfer to another class date/time or if approved by your company you may substitute another person in your place (No substitutions for clients paying with a voucher). If you do not cancel five or more business days prior to class, you will be charged the full class price. If you fail to attend the class, you will be charged the full class price. If payment is being made with a coupon, you will be charged a coupon. If payment is being made with a voucher, the voucher will be processed for payment. If you reschedule within the month (a year for those paying with vouchers) of cancellation, you will not be charged for the rescheduled class (except if paying with a coupon). |

Billing Policy:
Payment must be received prior to attending class. When Direct billing has not been prearranged, payment must be received 5 days prior to attending class. The Computer Workshop accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, corporate checks and vouchers. If you are a veteran, please check on payment plans. FOR THOSE PAYING WITH VOUCHERS – PLEASE BRING PHOTO ID and VOUCHER TO CLASS. Without a voucher, you will not be allowed in class unless you provide a credit card or check to hold until the voucher is sent to us. We will hold the credit card or check for two weeks to give you time to get your voucher to us for payment. |
