Cancellation & Confirmation Policy


Individuals registering for classes less than 50 hours in length:


If a scheduling conflict occurs you may be able to transfer to another class date/time or cancel the class. If the scheduling conflict occurs 14 business days before the class date, you may transfer to another class date/time or, if approved by your company, you may substitute another person in your place (No substitutions for clients paying with a voucher). If you do not cancel 14 or more business days prior to the class, you will be charged the full class price. If you fail to attend the class, you will be charged full class price. If payment is being made by coupon, you will be charged a coupon. If payment is being made with a voucher, the voucher will be processed for payment. If you reschedule within the month (a year for those paying with vouchers) of cancellation, you will not be charged for the rescheduled class (except if paying with a coupon).


Individuals registering for classes over 50 hours in length and less than 300 hours:


An enrollment agreement or application may be canceled within 14 business days after the date of signing provided the school is notified of the cancellation in writing. The school shall promptly refund in full all tuition and fees paid pursuant to the enrollment agreement. Such refund shall be made no later than thirty days after cancellation. This provision shall not apply where a student has already started classes.

Refund Policy: (only applicable for classes over 50 hours in length)

  1. A student who starts class and withdraws before the period is fifteen percent completed will be obligated for twenty-five percent of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.
  2. A student who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is fifteen percent complete but before the academic term is twenty-five percent completed will be obligated for fifty percent of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.
  3. A student who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is twenty-five percent complete but before the academic term is forty percent completed will be obligated for seventy-five percent of the tuition plus the registration fee.
  4. A student who starts class and officially withdraws after the period is forty percent completed will not be entitled to a refund of the tuition nor the registration fee.
Books can be refundable, if in new condition. Test Vouchers are non-refundable.
